Grounding resource

This grounding exercise uses all your senses to help bring you back into the present. Helpful when emotions feel overwhelming, when the mind is busy and when we need a little extra guidance.

This can be use by adults and children. 

This is a widely used and distributed idea, not an original idea, but developed for ease of access for a special school community, facing a challenging time.
